Return Policy for Defective Items

At Tee-Sheet, we only accept returns for defective items. You have 5 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition you received it.

• Include all original tags.

• Be in its original packaging.

• Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at tee-sheet@atomoscreativegroup.com.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at the email above if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

We do not accept returns on:

• Sale items

• Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
